CLOSEST BEACHES TO VACATION RENTALS IN ORLANDO

Lots of families and tourists come to Orlando to go to the theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Aquatica, SeaWorld, and Legoland. Orlando is one of the best cities in the sunshine state where tourists can enjoy the best beaches located on both Atlantic and Gulf sides.
On the Atlantic side, the closest beaches are Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, and New Smyrna. Daytona Beach is very famous for the Daytona International Speedway where Nascar races twice a year. Cocoa Beach has some great shops like Ron Jon Surf Shop, the world’s largest surf shop. New Smyrna is perfect for watersports or just fishing. Each beach is about 1 hour driving distance from Orlando.
On the Gulf side, there is Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg, and Treasure Island all with calm waves. Clearwater Beach is a small island with brilliant white soft sand. It has plenty of restaurants and small shopping centers around the beach. Tourists can have a great time with the tour boats and fishing boats that Clearwater marine offers. Families will also love St. Petersburg Beach with miles of white sand and clear ocean water. It is perfect for a bike ride or just relaxing on the beach watching the dolphins. Treasure Island is a great place to find treasure in the sand or have a wonderful seafood meal at some great seafood restaurants. Clearwater is located about 1 hour and 40 minutes driving distance from Kissimmee. St. Petersburg and Treasure Island are about 1 hour and 50 minutes driving distance from Kissimmee vacation rentals.
After some excitement through theme parks, shopping, and restaurants, it is always a good idea to spend the last days of the vacation on the beach, which offers stress free and a relaxing time playing in the sand before returning home from the vacation.
